Deposits and Payments
We collect a 50% deposit before we begin printing. When the order is complete, payment in full is required.Payment Methods
We accept checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard. If you are paying by check, please allow extra turnaround time for us to receive the payment.Price Estimates

Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days. Turnaround time may vary depending on the size of your order and how busy we are. We will give you a ship date for your order when production begins (when we receive your proof approval and deposit).Shipping
Shipping is not included in the turnaround time. We will ship your order via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.Rush Orders
If you need your shirts quickly or by a certain deadline, ask us and we will let you know what we can do. For rush orders we do not begin production until payment is received in full. We do not include the time it takes to ship the shirts, and cannot guarantee that the carrier (UPS unless otherwise specified) will arrive on time.Artwork
Artwork must be submitted in the correct size and format. All artwork provided by Casualtee, screens, and films remain the property of Casualtee.Artwork Proof
Upon receiving and reviewing the artwork, we will e-mail you a digital proof for you to verify the colors, placement and approximate size. Digital proofs are for reference only and we cannot guarantee that what you see on the screen will represent what is printed.Sample Print
Sample prints are the best way to see first-hand what your print will look like, and are highly recommended. Turnaround on samples is generally quicker, around 5-7 business days.Customer Supplied Garments
Customer supplied garments on light fabric are subject to 2% misprints. Dark fabric prints are subject to 5% misprints. For dark fabric garments, we may require 2-5 shirts for us to run as tests prior to production.Please take into consideration that we are not liable for any imperfections on arrival, and will print 100% of the supplied garments. We will mark any holes and stains that we find with tape as a courtesy.
